Menu for week of 10/7 - 10-13

Cooler weather means heartier fare around here.  Do you switch up your menus to change with the seasons?  We do more soups, stews, roasts and the like and try to use seasonal veggies, both for taste and to stretch the budget.   Here's what's cooking at our house this week.  What's on your menu?

Roasted butternut squash soup; quartered homemade sub sandwiches
