Angel hair pasta w/roasted veggies tossed in olive oil and sprinkled w/freshly grated parmesan; caprese salad
Breakfast for dinner: blueberry stuffed french toast; fruit salad
Chicken salad w/apple, cranberries and walnuts & organic baby spinach on lightly toasted croissants; celery & carrot sticks
