Menu for week of 8/20 - 8/26

Sorry I'm getting this up so late- once more time got away from me.  Here's what our menu looked like this week.

Burgers with all the fixings

Chicken; oven roasted parmesan potatoes; mixed veggies

Breakfast for dinner:  bacon or sausage; eggs; toast; fruit

Pressure cooker roast beef

Leftover roast beef  sandwiches with cheese toasted under the broiler; fruit

Oriental chicken salad; multi grain crackers

Spaghetti and meatballs; cheesy garlic bread; pineapple salad

What was on your menu this week?  Any new recipes you particularly enjoyed or did you stick with the tried and true?  We still have a burn ban so no outside grilling at all this summer for us- did you fare any better in that area?
