Menu for week of 6/25 - 7/1

Blistering temps mean another week of eating (mostly) lighter fare.  We do some *real* meals, but as you can see, lots of sandwiches and easy/light meals.
Simple oven roasted sausage & veggie dinner

Slow cooker country style pork ribs (may do in pressure cooker); crispy "Casey" potatoes; sweet corn;  tossed salad w/choice of dressing

Turkey tacos w/all the fixings; avocado salad

Sweet potato black bean burgers (thanks, Pinterest) on buns w/choice of toppings; ???

Roasted chicken wraps; fresh fruit

Breakfast for dinner:  either blueberry waffles, Finnish oven pancake or stuffed french toast; sausage links

Simple Mexican pinwheels tossed salad w/choice of dressingsliced pears
