MYO Barbecue Sauce


Smoky Memphis style BBQ sauce

2. cups ketchup
1/2 cup mustard (I like spicy brown)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp liquid smoke
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Combine in saucepan and cook over low heat 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, til smooth and thickened.

Stores in fridge for several months.
