Menu for week of 3/26 - 4/1



Crockpot stuffed peppers; mashed potatoes, garden salad

Chicken gyros w/veggies & hm tzatziki; carrot, celery & cucumber sticks

Breakfast for dinner: omelets made to order w/choice of veggies & cheese; applesauce muffins; strawberries

Eat whatever doesn't eat you first aka leftovers

Sweet & sour lentils; brown rice; pepper, onion & pineapple kabobs

Lightened up tuna salad sandwiches; crispy dill pickles; root beer floats

Fake out foods for April Fool's Day:  Mashed potato & meatloaf "cupcakes";  dessert pizza - probably have steamed snow peas & oven roasted baby carrots on the side
