Menu for week of 3/12 - 3/18

Happy St. Patrick's Day - whether or not it's true we're all Irish on March 17th, corned beef is delicious and if you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out.

Veggie egg rolls; pork or chicken potstickers; veggie fried rice

Breakfast for dinner: fried egg sandwiches on crusty hard rolls w/bacon, cheese, tomato & mayo (sounds odd, tastes great); fresh fruit

Pork chops; grandma's simple bread stuffing- or dressing if you prefer;  early peas w/pearl onions & mushrooms

Eat whatever doesn't eat you first aka leftovers

Lentil soup w/parmesan; corn muffins

Pressure cooker corned beef w/potatoes, carrots & onions (reserve broth); oven roasted cabbage wedges

Reubens on marbled rye; crispy dill pickles; chips
