Mexican Pinwheels - basic



8 oz box of cream cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar
1 cup salsa
1 8 pk flour tortillas

Mix room temp cream cheese with cheese & salsa.

Spread evenly over tortillas and roll up.

Chill for at least one hour then slice into 1/2 inch slices & serve.

  1. This sounds delicious! I'm all thumbs in the kitchen, but this recipe sounds simple enough that even I could do it without messing it up. LOL. I've been buying pre-made pinwheels occasionally, and I think this sounds like a much better alternative. Thanks!
