Menu for week of 8/8 - 8/14

Pretty easy week with lots of yummy food-  a couple of cook once eat twice meals and using the slow cooker a couple of times this week to try to keep from heating the kitchen up too much.  Here's what it's looking like at our house in no particular order-  subject to change of course due to whim or weather.

Slow cooker pepper steak; jasmine rice; chopped salad

Light & easy tuna salad sandwiches; Claussen dill pickle halves; baked potato chips.

Brisket; oven roasted new potatoes; cuke & tomato salad; french bread; watermelon.

Breakfast for dinner:  breakfast burritos; fresh fruit.

Slow cooker rotisserie style chicken; oven baked sweet potato &/or regular fries; sesame green beans; spinach salad with

BBQ brisket sandwiches on rolls; coleslaw; watermelon, cantaloupe & honeydew melon.

Light & easy Chinese chicken salad; Hawaiian sweet rolls.
