Menu for week of 5/9 - 5/15

I am trying to shed a few pounds (ha, more like 10-15) lbs before we go to Cancun in June.  So far, so good-  6 days on eating plan, 6.8 lbs lost.  If you want to see what I am doing and how I am doing it, see eating to lose (weight).  The family still has to eat though, so I am still doing a menu plan for the week.  On my up days (higher calorie) I am eating the same basic meal as everyone else, anything I modify will be specified on my eating to lose weight updates.  On all days I will be eating as much of my fat burning soups as I want. 

Southwest salad (lower fat version for me); corn muffins for non-dieters

Refreshing berry salad; pepperoni, cheese and crackers for non-dieters

Chicken parmesan; angel hair pasta with marinara for non-dieters; tossed green salad

Oven baked pork chops;  baked potato w/butter;  celebrate spring salad

Caribbean black beans with mango salsa served over brown rice;  watermelon and cantaloupe

Spaghetti and meatballs or meatball subs; pineapple salad

Easy dinner-  tv dinners; tossed salad; fresh fruit
