Losing it, Day 9

The skim milk was bad so I skipped the cereal and had fruit and ran to the store and by the time I got home didn't feel like eating any after all.  I veered off the menu plan (which is just a loose guideline to give myself ideas) and ate what I felt like.

Consumed today:  2 kiwi; handful of big fat blackberries; 1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese; Thai style chicken and rice noodles Smart Ones frozen dinner (I gave most of the chicken to the dogs, I just didn't need or want it); 1 bite of Dev's sub-  turkey, cheese, spinach, tomato and black olive on honey oat bread w/mayo (we were in car she was eating it after her testing and had brought it with her and it just sounded - and tasted - really good); 1 bowl tomato based fat burning soup; baked lays potato chips; Skinny Cow truffle ice cream bar; black coffee; water
