Losing it, Day 3

Today was a meh day, I had a headache all day but I think that was mostly allergies/sinuses.  Today was a down day eating wise so very few calories, and I wasn't really hungry for more though the chicken sandwich Ki had looked good.

I made a really good soup, chicken broth, mushrooms and veggies-  the girls ate it too and loved it.  We didn't miss meat or noodles or rice, but we all commented that it would be a great base for a potpie or chicken 'n dumplings.  Definitely a keeper.

Today I consumed:  1 bowl tomato based fat burning soup; 2 cups chicken based fat burning soup; 2 oranges; Roasted veggies- broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots and pearl onions seasoned with garlic, sea salt and rosemary after being lightly coated in coconut oil; 2 pieces sugarfree gum; black coffee; Crystal light raspberry lemonade; water

I have been feeling rather stuffed and bloated.  I'm sure it's just temporary.
