Losing it, Day 20

Big bowl of cantaloupe and honeydew; 2 bowls beef based fat burning soup; 1 cup chicken based fat burning soup 3; artichoke w/a little garlic butter; 1/2 sandwich- very very thinly sliced salami and swiss w/mustard on 12 grain toast; pretzels; 3 m&m's; black coffee; water; Crystal Light pomegranate lemonade.
