Losing it, Day 17

Consumed today:  2 cups of fat burning soup, (1 ea of chicken based 2 and beef based); fruit (melon and berries) with a couple of cheese wedges and a small handful of cashews; pretzels.  Black coffee and water rounded it out. 

I am finding that less (usually) satisfies me and that the pretzels are more for crunch than a real desire for a snack.
