Losing it, Day 16

Today was an up day- and I ate plenty, still lost weight, though.  12 pounds in 16 days.  I am having a sip or two of soda when my sinuses are all gloched up, it helps with the hacking up crud.  Other than that, I'm not sticking exactly to the plan, but am really happy with the results since I am being much more mindful of what I am eating and not just grabbing the handy and convenient and filled with preservatives.

Consumed today:  Chinese chicken salad version 2 (cashews, chunky cabbage instead of shredded); chicken sandwich on whole grain with baby spinach and thin coating of mayo; strawberries, blueberries and blackberries; 1/4 huge portabella mushroom stuffed with parm and woody herbs; cheeseburgers w/sauteed onion sliders on hawaiian sweet rolls; snow peas; black coffee; water; sip or two of diet coke.
