Losing it, Day 15

Still doing great, 11 pounds in 15 days and I feel good.  (Well, sinus headache but we can blame that on seasonal allergies, not my eating plan.)

Consumed today: kiwi; mango; egg white omelet w/Laughing Cow tomato & basil cheese wedge & salsa; watermelon; grapes; cantaloupe; Chinese chicken salad - version 2; pretzels, a few cashews when making the salad; grape tomatoes, cucumber slices; pretzels.
