Losing it, Day 14

I feel great about the progress I am making, so going to continue with this plan as long as it is working for me.  Today was an up day, so I ate what and when I wanted.

Consumed today: 1 bowl beef based fat burning soup; Chicken salad sandwich (made with dill pickles, mayo and paprika) on whole grain bread with lettuce and baby spinach; Chinese chicken salad; pretzels; water, black coffee.
