Losing it, Day 13

Today was a down day so eating lighter-  and very, very pleased with my progress-  13 days, 10 lbs 2 ozs lost.  Not bad at all.  If you read my food diaries, you know I am not depriving myself of what I want or starving myself.

I am much more aware of portion sizes, stopped the mindless munching and take just one portion at a time of snacks- and am making overall better choices (mostly, not always) and that's okay, because it is working.  I am, for the most part feeling less sluggish and except for the sinuses/allergies and accompanying headaches I'm feeling pretty darn good.

Consumed today:  1 bowl beef based fat burning soup; avocado salad;  Chinese chicken salad; handful of pistachios; pretzels; black coffee; water.
