Losing it, Day 12

Today was my birthday so I used today as my free day even though yesterday was an up day.  Birthday calories don't count, right? 

Ken wanted to take me out for lunch and Dev for dinner, so lunch was a local Mexican place and dinner was TGIFriday's.  I got what I was in the mood for and ate as much as I wanted.

Consumed today:  A handful of tortilla chips, queso blanco and salsa; vegetarian something or other (the #3 special) that had 3 different items; avocado salad (I ate between half and 2/3 of my meal and split the salad with Ki); 1/3 of the fried green bean appetizer; 1/2 cheeseburger; 1/2 slice vanilla bean cheesecake; pretzels; black coffee; unsweetened iced tea; water; sip of diet coke.
