Losing it, Day 11

Today was an up day and I knew better, but I waited to long to eat and ran to the store hungry and picked up a deli sandwich, which I split with the dogs.  At least I added veggies first, but I definitely did not feel great after eating the processed cold cuts and white bread.  I am going to make more of an effort to make sure I eat whole grains when possible.

Consumed today: 1 bowl beef based fat burning soup; 1 deli hoagie style sandwich with veggies added (shared with dogs); baked potato chips; 2 ears sweet corn on the cob with butter and sea salt; large tomato, sliced with bit of mayo, salt and pepper; black coffee; water, unsweetened iced tea.
