Losing it, Day 10

Today was a down day, so mostly soup.  I'm happy with my progress and how (relatively) easy it has been for me.  It helps, I think, that I am customizing the plan to my own tastes, I think that's the beauty of it.

Consumed today: 2 bowls chicken based fat burning soup 2; artichoke with butter and sea salt; 1 cup tomato based fat burning soup; pretzels; black coffee; water; unsweetened iced tea.
