Makes 3 sandwiches
1 small can tuna in water
1 stalk celery, diced
3 green onions, sliced
1 healthy spoonful mayo - if you have a blender or food processor it's easy to make your own mayonnaise
Kraft light balsamic vinaigrette parmesan asiago dressing*
3 100 calorie sandwich thins (we used Orrowheat multi grain since they were on sale b1g1) Greens of choice - we used an organic baby spring mix, about half was spinach
Drain tuna and flake in small bowl, add celery and onion then put in a generous spoon of mayo and mix. Add salad dressing to taste. Divide evenly among the bottom half of 3 sandwich thins, add greens and tomato then top with other half of sandwich thin.
*If you are not a fan of balsamic vinegar, any vinaigrette or oil/vinegar type dressing you like, or even straight up red wine vinegar is good. Here are some myo vinaigrettes, I am sure you'll find at least one that you'll love.
