Menu for week of 4/25 - 5/1

Oriental chicken wings; easy lo mein; fresh fruit

Slow cooker pepper steak; perfect rice

Ravioli lasagna; Caprese salad

Puffy chicken; garlicky smashed red potatoes; peas, mushrooms & pearl onions; mixed green salad with fruit, seeds and a balsamic vinaigrette

Eat whatever doesn't eat you first aka eat what you want aka leftovers

Fair food from Toad Suck Daze- not sure what we'll be having but the must haves for the divas are funnel cake; cherry lemon/lime ades and a bloomin' onion to share.  Oh, and mustn't forget the cotton candy.

Yummy baked ham (we had Easter with the fam at Ken's mom's house so are baking our ham now); oriental noodle salad; summer (yellow) squash; dinner rolls.
