Menu for week of 3/14 - 3/20

Whether Irish or not, I believe we can all use more than a wee bit of luck- as long as it is good luck of course.  We eat the traditional corned beef and vegetables sans cabbage, and every year I say I am going to make Irish Soda Bread (we have never even tried it, let alone made it) so this year I am listing our traditional hot rolls and maybe I will actually get to them this time.

Easy Fettuccine Alfredo with tomato, spinach and carrot noodles and I believe we'll be adding sauteed baby bella's but we'll have to see about that; steamed broccoli

Puffy chicken; baby greens, pear slices and toasted or candied walnuts drizzled with a fruity vinaigrette

Slow cooker corned beef dinner w/veggies; hot fresh buttered rolls

Stir fried veggies; easy fried rice

Diner's choice of homemade reubens or patty melts; homemade french fries; easy freezer pickles; milkshakes or malteds

Eat whatever doesn't eat you first aka leftovers or whatever looks good to you

Slow cooker potato soup; corn muffins

What's cooking at your house this week?  Do you do a traditional corned beef dinner, drink green beer or have anything Irish on your menu for St. Patricks day?  Please share, we'd love to know.
