1 small bag new potatoes, halved
2 small bags green beans trimmed and halved
2 pkgs baby bella mushrooms, stemmed and quartered
3 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup or homemade equivalent with packet of onion soup mix or homemade equivalent (you can probably get by with 1 can, but we like a lot of gravy)
Lay chicken on top
Top with soup mix
As you can see, we kind of go by the recommended dietary guidelines for the protein (about as big as a deck of cards) so 3 breasts were enough for 6 servings, if you are really big meat eaters you can add more.
