Ole' your way

1 can small black beans, rinsed and drained
1 small can corn with peppers such as mexicorn (can use corn with chipotle peppers)
1 cup (more or less) your favorite salsa, this will depend on how liquidy it is, to taste
*12 oz smoked sausage-  4 links-  quartered and diced small
1 envelope or equivalent your favorite taco seasoning 
12 oz mexican blend shredded cheese-  can also use colby, co-jack or cheddar
2 Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations Sheets
Sour cream to garnish- optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix all ingredients together until well blended
Spread evenly over 2 Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations Sheets leaving 1/2 inch on 2 short and one long side on ungreased baking sheets, lined with parchment if desired

Roll up starting with long side that you did not leave the 1/2 inch, as if you were making a strombolli or jelly roll

With a sharp knife either place slits in top across loaf or slice through about an inch apart and lay flat to make spirals-  if you are making spirals the parchment paper helps a lot with cleanup

Check at 10 minutes for spirals 15 minutes for roll.  You can tell by looking when they are done as the spirals are beautiful and bubbly and the roll is golden brown and doesn't feel "doughy" when pressed

To serve, top with sour cream and your choice of garnishes- shredded lettuce, diced tomato, jalapenos, olives and/or guacamole

*Here's where it becomes your way-  any fully cooked meat you like-  for this recipe I used smoked sausage for something different, but it is also excellent with shredded chicken or pork, chorizo, ground beef, turkey or chicken, tofu cubes, etc-  it's very versatile
