Menu week of 7/12 - 7/18

We had a ham bone with lots of meat on it so boiled it down and made 17 bean soup, split pea soup and pinto beans-  everyone can have their choice with cornbread or rolls and we'll freeze the rest for quick meals.

Chicken salad with apples, pecans & curried salad dressing / sandwich spread, baby spinach in pita pockets

Pulled pork bbq on fresh rolls, coleslaw, fresh fruit

Cheese and onion enchiladas with salsa verde

Lo Mein, organic baby spinach salad with sliced strawberries and citrus vinegarette

Choice of tacos or taco salad made using homemade taco seasoning

Take out or eat what you can find
