Menu for week of 11/15 - 11/21

Cooking has been a delight again and we've been eating so good lately-  sometimes, simple and basic really is the best.

Butternut squash soup, paninis

Chicken and rice, cali blend veggies, fresh, hot buttered rolls

Choice of angel hair pasta or spaghetti squash with marinara sauce and freshly grated parmesan cheese,  pineapple salad served on organic baby spinach

Organic baby spinach salad with grilled chicken, mango and sunflower seeds drizzled with poppyseed dressing

Pork chops with apples 'n onions, acorn squash, green beans

Leftovers or breakfast for dinner

Homemade pizza or calzones, chopped salad
