Happy Thanksgiving to all of our Canadian friends. Loving this cooler weather- well it's kind of ridiculous here, 46 in the morning, 89 in the afternoon, but really, it's better than the hundreds and we can cook again without roasting ourselves. Here's how our week is looking menu wise- whatcha got cooking at your house?

Chicken salad wraps made with leftover chicken, grapes, apples, walnuts and celery and mayo, organic baby spinach.
Chunky potato soup loaded w/carrots, onions, celery, green beans and corn, served with cornbread
Pulled pork sliders made from leftover ribs and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, coleslaw; fruit
