The process of Deliberate Creation is twofold: It involves the thought that you project, and the corresponding feeling that comes forth. You offer the thought from your conscious, physical perspective -- and your Inner Being offers you a corresponding feeling. Therefore, you are literally co-creating: You, the physical you, and you, the inner, Non-physical you.
We want to find a way to say it so that you can hear it without any question - WELL BEING WANTS YOU!
Well Being is beating your door down! Beating all doors down! Well Being is plummeting towards you, through you! Well Being is your legacy! Well Being is the way you're supposed to be! Well Being is what should be! Well Being is the basis of What Is! Well Being is!
And unless you've practiced resistant thoughts that aren't letting it in, Well Being is, you see. Period.
What is the remedy? To practice the virtual reality that lets it in.
Your Inner Being is guiding you toward well-being . ALWAYS!! Whether you are listening or not. And so the question is . Are you listening? And how do you know when you are? And we say to you . You cannot hear the guidance when you are angry. You cannot hear the guidance when you are mad. You cannot hear the guidance when you are fearful. You cannot hear the guidance when you are fitful. You cannot hear the guidance when you are guilty. You cannot hear the guidance when you are lonely. You cannot hear the guidance when your valve is closed You see. So.!! Just get happy in any way you can. Do the things that please you most. Spend time with the people that thrill you most. Go to the places where you bask easily . And most of all make a decision that "Nothing is more important than that I feel good" And under those conditions you will be guided with a precision that will knock your socks off. Not just to an area that will receive little disruption, but to an area where you can thrive. To an area where you can find joy. To an area where you will rendezvous with the others you've intended.
People say 'give me the manifestation and then I will feel good'- and we say, you probably would, but feel good and then the manifestation will come. And if you can't feel good about where this manifestation is then find other things that you do feel good about. Use any excuse in the world.
You'll get better and better at selectively sifting. Here's the thing that we most want you to hear so that it doesn't feel so hard or so futile to you - each time you deliberately choose a good feeling thought for no other reason than you want a good feeling thought, it activates a vibration within you that makes it that much easier for you to choose the next good feeling thought. Until eventually what you mostly have access to are the good feeling thoughts. You can have heaven on earth right here in this physical body and you can within a very short period of time train yourself, orient yourself to the best feeling aspects of everything.
There are thoughts that feel perfectly normal to you that are full of resistance, and you keep getting entrapped in them, because they feel so normal, because you and everybody else has been thinking them for so long. Thoughts like, the economy is struggling, or thoughts like, there isn't enough to go around, or thoughts like, you have to work hard to succeed, or thoughts like, I'm inappropriate in some way or I am not capable in some way, or thoughts like, I shouldn't do that. There are all kinds of thoughts that you wrestle with that are vibrationally not in harmony with your broader knowing.
There is one constant steady Stream of pure positive Energy flowing to you at all times, and in any moment, you, as an individual, are allowing or resisting that Stream. When you're allowing the Stream, you feel wonderful, you feel clarity, you feel vitality, you feel health, you feel abundance. You feel good. But if you are not allowing the Stream, you don't feel so good. That's what blame or doubt or fear is about.
You must set forth all of the things that you are WANTING before your inner being can give you appropriate guidance. If the only thing you want is joy in the moment, then that experience that excites you in the moment... that experience in the moment... is appropriate. But if you are also wanting long and healthy life experience, and you are also wanting prosperity and you are also wanting whatever-it-is, as you make all of those statements of intent, then your inner being can guide you through ALL of those things.
You live in a society where much criticism abounds. Through your television and radio and newspapers there is much more searching for disharmony than there is searching for harmony. There is much more criticism than praise. But YOU need not participate within that attitude, and, in fact, you must not, because you are seeking harmony.
If you are really wanting change in your experience then we would encourage you to selectively sift through the body of what is and focus upon the parts of it that you love the most. Start a new game that says, "What I like most about this is... and my favorite thing about this is... my favorite thing about my house is... and my favorite thing about my yard is... and my favorite thing about my work is... and my favorite thing about my mate is... and my favorite thing about my body is..." In other words, if you start selectively sifting and amplifying your favorite parts of what is, now what is is serving as a very stable platform of creating more that will please you. Leave out the thing that says, "...and my most unfavorite part is..." So you're beating the drum of your favorite parts and then you're filling in around what is that is your favorite with, "Wouldn't it be nice if... and wouldn't it be nice if... and wouldn't it be nice if..." And now the majority of your vibration is about your favorite parts of what is and your favorite ideas of what is soon to come and now your experience -- we promise it as soon as the first day you do it -- is changing to what you want instead of changing to more of the same.
Wanting, or intending, is the beginning of the Creating Process, and without it, no deliberate creation will occur.
But most of you are suppressing your desires, to avoid disappointment.
When you are children there is much that you want, but as you grow older, not understanding the Creative Process, you begin to suppress your wanting, to avoid disappointment of not receiving.
When you do not understand that every thought creates, then you do not understand how your thoughts of doubt or disbelief push what you want away from you.
And in your lack of understanding of what is keeping your wants from being realized, you gradually allow yourself to want less and less.
The action is irrelevant. It's how you decide to feel within the action that you have chosen that matters.
It's not your work to make anything happen. It's your work to dream it and let it happen. Law of Attraction will make it happen. In your joy, you create something, and then you maintain your vibrational harmony with it, and the Universe must find a way to bring it about. That's the promise of Law of Attraction.
If you want to feel great joy, feel a little bit of joy and watch it grow! If you are wanting to feel great prosperity, feel a little bit of prosperity and watch it grow! If you are wanting to feel at-one-ness with who you are, notice something that you did today that made you feel pretty good, and watch it grow!
We don't know anybody that wants anything, whether it's a change in their body, or a physical condition, or a relationship, or an event, or a pile of money- we don't know anything that anybody wants that isn't for the same reason, and that is you THINK that in the HAVING of that manifestation you will feel better.
And what we're saying is- you MUST find a way to feel better FIRST, then the manifestation will happen.
It goes like this: You are wonderful beings. You are blessed beings. You are deserving of Well-being. Well-being is on its way to you. Chill out and let it in!
You can't get it wrong, and you can't get it done. And the reason you can't get it wrong is because you can't get it done. So, no matter where you're standing, if it isn't pleasing you, just remind yourself: It's not done. And then take the oh, so easy, very short time, emotional journey and show yourself how you can put ease in your experience now, right now, now, right now, now, right now. And then, watch what happen.
Let the way you feel matter more to you than life itself. Reach for the relief of the best thought that you can find, and watch how quickly manifestations of all manner take shape, appearing before you like the rocks in the stream to surprise and delight you. But more importantly, to confirm the worthy, deserving nature of your being.
Your chronic vibration is what makes up the balance, the bulk, of your vibrational offering. Your vibration on every subject is right where you last left it... If you would feel the grief, and tell a different story, look at that aspect of that person and realize what it is you WANT to see. And train yourself into the viewpoint of Source about that subject, then subject after subject after subject. You wouldn't have to do this for more than about 30 days before you would train yourself into a vibration where you would never again have access to those thoughts, because you're vibrating in a whole different place.
As you set a goal to achieve a new house, or a new body size and a shape, or a new occupation - and you reach that goal - you misunderstand, thinking that the new house or new body or new job was the subject of creation, when all along the subject of creation is your state of being. In this physical experience you use the format of houses and bodies and jobs to facilitate your state of being - but none of those physical things are the subject of your creation. YOU ARE THE SUBJECT OF YOUR CREATION. YOUR STATE OF BEING, OR THE WAY YOU FEEL, IS THE SUBJECT OF YOUR CREATION. If you will seek ways to observe your state of being, you will have a clearer understanding of how you are doing in the creation of you. If you will deliberately identify the way you want to feel or be, you will be more effective in achieving that which you came into this body to achieve.
Negative emotion always means the same thing. YOU ARE FOCUSED ON SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T MATCH YOUR DESIRE. Sometimes a person will say, "I am too sensitive." And we say, it's like someone saying, "My hands are really sensitive and it's painful for me to put them on the hot stove." And we say, we don't think sensitivity is your problem (laughter). We think, we think your problem is you've got your hands on the stove(laughter), you see. And so bless that anxiety. That is sensors. In other words, that's a very good sign. What it's saying is, "DON'T THINK THIS THOUGHT, THIS THOUGHT DOESN'T LINE UP." It's saying, "You would do well to de-activate this thought. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FACE REALITY. Some of reality is painful. DON'T GO TO THE PAINFUL PARTS OF REALITY." And as you show yourself that you can FEEL GOOD by pointing over there and that you feel bad by pointing over there. And that you CAN point over there. Then more and more, you point over there and anxiety goes away. Just choosing the ones that feel good - instead of accepting anything that anybody wants to dump on you, you see.
Be easy about this. Be playful about it. Don't work so hard at it. Let your dominant intent to be to feel good, and if you don't feel good, then let your dominant intent be to feel relief. Feel your way through it. If you think your way through it, you can get off on all kinds of tangents. If you feel your way through it, you can come quickly to your Core Energy, and when you do that only good can then flow to you.
We keep wanting to bring it to the place where you take it to the next step. We want you to say, "Nothing is more important than that I feel good." We want you to say, "The way I feel is the indicator of my offering, and so I'm going to selfishly reach for this feeling and this feeling and this feeling."
We would like your goals to be, rather than that thing or that experience or that lover or that whatever, we would like your new goal to be, "I would like my mood to be eager. I would like my mood to be optimistic. I would like my mood to be anticipating wonderful things. I would like to be described as cheerful. I would like to be described as clear. I would like to be described as nice to be around. I would like to be described as together." Begin to describe yourself in those terms and then you begin to have more of a control over your vibrational offering.
It seems odd to physical beings focused in physical bodies to be hammered at all day about vibration, but you are not physical beings, you are vibrational beings, you are electronic beings. You are transmitting a radio signal that the Universe is responding to and the way you feel lets you know what signal is, so your mood means *everything*. Nothing is more important to you than your mood. What is your mood? What is your mood? Ask yourself that a hundred or a thousand times a day. "What is my mood? Am I optimistic or am I pessimistic? Am I disappointed or am I eager? What is my mood?"
Anything that you are wanting: don't stand in the lack of it and lament that it isn't there and expect it to come to you. It cannot. Find a little piece of it, a little string of it, a little trail of it, a little clue of it - look for something about it, and focus upon that little piece, and by Law of Attraction, watch it grow!
Enlightenment means literally aligning to the Energy of my Source. And genius is only about focusing. Law of Attraction takes care of everything else. Physical humans often want to make enlightenment about finding some process and moving through the process that has been pre-described. But true enlightenment is moving to the rhythm of the internal inspiration that is coming in response to the individual desire. Enlightenment is about allowing my Connection to the Source that is me for the fulfillment of the things that I have individually defined here in my time-space-reality. That's as good as it gets!
When you allow, you feel the ecstasy of energy moving through you. Then, you are on the path you've intended for this life.
When you are in the vibration of appreciation, you are in the vibration of allowing. Whatever it is you are appreciating, you are allowing, with that much more emphasis, in the now. In other words, it speeds the process. If we were wanting to reach for joyful experience, or the experience of connection, we would superimpose the word "appreciation", because it is a purer vibration for most. When you say, "I want that, or I have to have that," sometimes it can get messy. But when you say, "I surely do appreciate that," there is very little contradictory vibration within you. And you are much more likely to then use that as your excuse to allow what you've been telling the Universe, all along, with your yippees and yahoos, that you are wanting.
As you try to explain why you are feeling negative emotion, you are adding power to it. Release the negative emotion, the negative feeling and the negative attractions by taking your attention from it. Give your attention to what makes you feel good, thereby releasing your attention from what makes you feel bad.
A belief is only a thought that you keep thinking. So as you keep thinking this thought, you keep vibrationally attracting relative to that thought. So you confirm your own beliefs again and again and again and again and again. That's why someone who believes in cancer can confirm that belief, or someone who believes in robbery can confirm that belief. So everything is a sort of conformation of belief.
The Universe is responding to you in your now. And so whatever you're feeling right now means that's what you're sending out vibrationally right now, which means that's what you're attracting right now, which means your future is full of a bunch of stuff that's gonna feel pretty much like right now feels.The Art Of Allowing means sensing the way I feel and choosing thoughts that feel as good as I can feel from where I am and therefore allowing the best connection possible for me in this moment with my Source.
Relax into your natural well-being. All is well.
The essence of all that you appreciate is constantly flowing into your reality. As you find more things to appreciate, your state of appreciation opens more avenues to more to feel appreciation for. As you think you vibrate. As you vibrate you attract.
By paying attention to the way you feel, and then choosing thoughts that feel the very best, you are managing your own vibration, which means you are controlling your own point of attraction- which means you are creating your own reality.
It's such a wonderful thing to realize that you can create your own reality without sticking your nose in everybody else's, and that the less attention you give to everybody else's reality, the purer your vibration is going to be- and the more you are going to be pleased with what comes to you.
In the heat of the summer, our friend, Esther, was walking across the grass in her front yard, noting how very dry the grass and trees were. She stopped, and said, in a very positivesounding voice, using positive words, “Abraham, I want some rain!” We said, “And from this position of lack, you think you will get rain?” ”Why do you want the rain?” we asked. ”I want the rain because it makes the grass green. I want the rain because it refreshes the trees. I want the rain because it gives all the creatures in the bushes enough water so that they are not dependent upon the small amount in our birdbath. I want the rain because it lowers the temperature of the air, and feels good upon my skin, and it makes us all feel better.” ”Now you are attracting rain.”
It's not about a right or wrong action- it's about the way you feel about the action. It's about how you're feeling when you offer the action. It isn't until you stop struggling that well-being will sweep into your experience. The sooner you decide to stop paying the price, the sooner it will come to you.
Your society has a saying: "No pain, no gain- you have to pay a price." Do you know who wrote those rules? Those who needed you to work for them. The Universe never asked you to struggle. It is simply answering your mood.
So the Art of Allowing means the art of letting in who I really am. When you are allowing your connection to source energy, you feel love, you feel appreciation, you feel vitality, you feel enthusiasm, you feel passion, you feel well-being. So if your feeling frustration or uneasiness, or stronger emotions like anger or fear or depression then you are to varying degrees disallowing your connection to source energy.
By visualizing my desired outcome, the perfect action is always inspired.
As your desire to feel good leads to thoughts that feel good. the perfect action will be inspired from that alignment.
And that inspired action is always joyful.
Most of you who begin this deliberate creation beat up on yourselves too much and we would like to let you off the hook by saying to you that LOA (law of attraction) is a very powerful thing. And you can't fight LOA. You just have to let LOA play out as it will.
So if you have a habit of thought, LOA is going to bring more of that thought to you which means you're probably going to think that thought more. And as you think that thought more you're going to have more of those feelings and LOA is going to bring you more of that stuff.
It's sort of like being mad at gravity. Damn - every time I jump in the air I come right down. And we say it helps to accept gravity. It helps to acknowledge that this is the way gravity works and in time you learn to deal with it. You learn that there are many more benefits to it than there are detriments to it.
And LOA is the same way. In time you come to realize its consistent nature is very beneficial to you so you don't ride around in the discomfort of LOA, instead you let it work for you.
You have never, not for one moment, been off your path. And you have no reason whatsoever to feel any embarrassment or discomfort about where you are at this stage in your life. You are powerfully on your path. And you are just beginning the best part of your life.
There is no value in grief or regret because regret is always talking about the past, and you have no power there. You can't vibrate in your past. You are doing all of your vibrating in your now. So whenever you are feeling regret or grief, you've vibrated out of the range of your Inner Being and you feel the emptiness of it.
Unconditional love is being connected to Source in spite on the conditions.
If you are ending up where you want to be, what difference does it make whether you went fast or slow? Or what difference does it make whether it was painful before it got really good? Isn't that the point of free will? You get to choose.
There is nothing you cannot be, or do, or have.
Don't let any place that you are standing frighten you. All it is, is a byproduct of some Energy alignment, which only gives you stronger clarity about what you want -- and, most importantly, greater sensitivity about whether you're in a receiving mode or locked off of it.
When you talk about what you want and why you want it, there's usually less resistance within you than when you talk about what you want and how you're going to get it. When you pose questions you don't have answers for, like how, where, when, who, it sets up a contradictory vibration that slows everything down.
When you become so determined that you want to feel good- you have become as your Inner Being is, in such a pure place of Positive Emotion- then that which is negative energy simply can't mix with you. It defies law. If you are very strong and clear about your positive wanting, and feeling it, then bad things simply can't get in. Colds can't get in, murderers can't get in, car accidents can't get in, anything that you are not wanting cannot be your experience.
When you reach for the thought that feels better, the Universe is now responding differently to you because of that effort. And so, the things that follow you get better and better, too. So it gets easier to reach for the thought that feels better, because you are on ever-increasing, improving platforms that feel better.
You have your hand on the switch. You are the allower or the resister. And your emotions tell you which you're doing right now. It's easy once you understand the formula: When you feel good, you're allowing good. When you don't feel good, you are not allowing good. We didn't say, when you feel good you are allowing good, and when you feel bad you are allowing bad (although it may translate into your experience in that way). There is only a Source of Well-being- which you are allowing or not.
Sometimes people say, 'Well, Abraham, shouldn't I face reality?' We say, no, never do that. Never face reality unless it is perfect in every way.
When you feel that which you call positive emotion, such as joy or appreciation, or a feeling of love or well-being... those feelings that make your heart sing, those exhilarating feelings, those feelings, whether it ranges from contentment to passion, those feelings that you would call good feelings, those feelings that you would wish for all people that you love, (and if you are very wise you would wish them for all people that you don't even know and maybe not love) as you are in that place of feeling good -- you are in the place of allowing. You are in the place of allowing what? Allowing Source Energy. Allowing connection with who you are. Allowing wellness. Allowing clarity. Allowing abundance of all things desired. When you feel negative emotion, such as anger or fear or frustration or rage, even anxiety, those feelings of depression... when you feel that which you call negative emotion, what that always means is, for some reason, right now, you are not in the state of allowing. Allowing what? Allowing Source Energy, allowing clarity, allowing all that is good. You are, instead, in the state of resisting. You are in a vibrational state where, for whatever reason, you have found some reason to focus in a way that disallows the Pure, Positive Energy, the Source Energy, the Energy that creates worlds from flowing to you and through you in the way that you've intended it. You Live in a Sea of Well-Being.
Expectation indicates the juncture between where you are and where you want to be. Where you want to be, is your desire, and where you are, is your set-point or habit of thought. And somewhere in there is what we would call expectation. Expectation, whether it is wanted or unwanted, is a powerful point of attraction.
Your expectation is always what you believe. But the word expectation does imply more what you are wanting than what you are not wanting. It is a more positive word than it is a negative word, but of course, you could expect negatively— and whatever you expect, you will get.
Think of this random Universe where everything is possible. The organizational skills belong to Law of Attraction. If you will relax and allow Law of Attraction to do the organization, the managing, then you can spend your time doing the things that please you.
The truth is, the Universe will always take care of you.
The things you would call "Good" are good because you feel good when you focus upon them, and then more good, just naturally, follows.
The things you would call "Bad" are actually good, because when you give your attention to them, a clearer awareness of what you would rather have is focused within you.
Your desire for the good is born within you, right then. And, in the moment that that desire is born - the good begins to come to you. Because, in your newly focused desire, there is asking that is always answered. You just have to figure out how to let it in.
That's the key, right there: To allow it, or to let it in.
When people ask us how long does it take for something to manifest, we say, "It takes as long as it takes you to release the resistance. Could be 30 years, could be 40 years, could be 50 years, could be a week. Could be tomorrow afternoon."
Nobody else knows your reason for being. You do. Your bliss guides you to it. When you follow your bliss, when you follow your path to joy, your conversation is of joy, your feelings are of joy -- you're right on the path of that which you intended when you came forth into this physical body.
As you take the time to find images in your mind that are pleasing, you will more often achieve vibrational alignment with all the things that you desire. From that alignment, you will experience more inspired ideas and assistance form others.
I realize that it is always easier to stay connected to the stream under good conditions, but the most masterful creators remain connected to the stream, no matter what. That’s what makes them masterful creators. You see, kids, there are fair-weather creators, and all-weather creators. It’s easy to be a fair-weather creator, being happy when everything is just the way you like it, but when you are able to hold your vibration and feel good under all conditions - that is when your true creating ability soars.
Genius. It is just attention to something specific. That's all it is. Law of Attraction makes it happen, and so anyone who gives attention to any subject for a period of time will evolve in the direction of that understanding.
Use whatever excuse you can to vibrate in harmony with those things you've been saying you want. And when you do, those things that are a vibrational equivalent flow into your experience in abundance. Not because you deserve it, not because you've earned it, but because it's the natural consequence of the Law of Attraction. That which is like unto itself is drawn.
To stand in your now, looking forward with deliberate intent and anticipation of what is to come, is infinitely more satisfying than to stand in your now, looking back, retracing your steps as to how you got where you are.
I must be aware of bad things, and guarded about bad things, and I must watch out for bad things by trying to guide myself toward good things." You can't do both at the same time. You can't watch out for bad things, and allow good things at the same time. It is vibrationally not possible.
It's not necessary for you to exacerbate your contrast with struggle in order to get it into a higher place. It is not necessary to suffer in order to give birth to desire. But when you have suffered and you have given birth to desire, so what? You've got a desire. Turn your attention to the desire. Think about where you're going and never mind where you've been. Don't spend any more time justifying any of that stuff.
Each and every component that makes up your life experience is drawn to you by the powerful Law of Attraction’s response to the thoughts you think and the story you tell about your life. Your money and financial assets; your body’s state of wellness, clarity, flexibility, size, and shape; your work environment, how you are treated, work satisfaction, and rewards—indeed, the very happiness of your life experience in general—is all happening because of the story that you tell.
All is well, and you will never get it done. Life is supposed to be fun. No one is taking score of any kind, and if you will stop taking score so much, you will feel a whole lot better — and as you feel a whole lot better, more of the things that you want right now will flow to you. You will never be in a place where all of the things that you are wanting will be satisfied right now, or then you could be complete — and you never can be. This incomplete place that you stand is the best place that you could be. You are right on track, right on schedule. Everything is unfolding perfectly. All is really well. Have fun. Have fun. Have fun!
If you will let your dominant intention be to revise and improve the content of the story you tell every day of your life, it is our absolute promise to you that your life will become that ever-improving story. For by the powerful Law of Attraction—the essence of that which is like unto itself is drawn— it must be.
You've trained yourself to face reality. You've trained yourself to tell the truth. You've trained yourself to tell it like it is. So in the beginning, these fantasies feel a little inappropriate, because it's like you're fooling yourself. Sometimes people will say, "Well, isn't this just denial?" And we say, we hope so! We hope that you are denying the absence that you do not want. And we hope that you are embracing the presence of what you do. But somehow the idea of denial has become a dirty word to you; like it is virtuous to face the reality of the horror of your own lives. And we would be ignoring anything that did not please us. We would get our eyes on what feels good.
You can feel good about the flower you are looking at, or the ocean that you are looking across, or about the smile upon the face of the child. You can be focused upon something like that and be feeling utter well-being. And in that moment of that basking, you are attracting the dollars that you want, you are attracting the abundance that you want, you are attracting the mate that you want -- you are attracting whatever it is that you want. It is about vibrating and allowing, you see?
There is such a tendency to say, "Well, I would do it this way, and if you don't do it the way I do it, then there's something wrong with one or the other of us." And that isn't true at all. You are just approaching things in different ways, all working. Whether it seems like it or not -- you are all working toward the same ultimate goal of joy.
If there is something that you have to do, resist the temptation to do it under duress. Ask yourself, "What's the worst thing that would happen if I didn't do this?" And if you can get away with not doing it at all, don't do it. And then imagine what would it feel like to have this done. Spend a day or two, if you can, just 15 minutes here, 5 minutes here, 2 minutes here, here and here, imagining it completed in a way that pleases you! And then, the next time you decide that you're going to take action about it, the action is going to be a whole lot easier.
No one can deny you or grant you anything. It all comes to you by virtue of your vibration.
It does not matter what is happening to anyone else. It does not matter what anybody is doing to anything. The only thing that matters is how I feel right now, because how I feel right now is my indicator of the vibration that I'm offering, and the entire Universe is responding to that. Period.
You can't get it wrong and you will never get it done.
You cannot get sick enough to help sick people get better. You cannot get poor enough to help poor people thrive. It is only in your thriving that you have anything to offer anyone. If you're wanting to be of an advantage to others, be as tapped in, turned in, turned on as you can possibly be.
An Understanding and Application of the Law of Attraction and Deliberate Creation will create what you want in your life.
You will find a new stream of people flowing into your life experience, while many who are already a part of your experience will begin to drift away, for as you clarify that which is important to you, you will begin to attract those who are wanting more of the same things that you want, while you will release those who are not.
And in the process, you will experience less conflict, less confrontation and less negative emotion.
Once you understand, and are applying the Creative Process in which you create APART from any other individual, then you will be able to understand how it applies in your creating as you participate with others.
And Now, from your new perspective, as you begin to understand and apply the Creative Process with those people that you are attracting who are of similar intent, you will begin an Abundant and joyous new life experience!
If you could just give you're undivided attention to where you want to go and never mind where you've been and stop trying to explain to everyone why you're standing where you're standing, you would clean your vibration up so fast you would attune to the vibration of your desire so quickly and people watching you would be amazed.
They would say, "Who anointed you king of the world?
How is it that you just wave your hand and whatever you want happens?
How is it that doors open for you, that seas part for you, that you barely get an idea about something and the Universe finds a way to help you manifest it?
How is it that you were born with this golden spoon in your mouth?
How is it that you are the most blessed person that we know?" the throngs will say to you.
And you will say, "All I do is think about what I want and let that dominate my vibration. And I don't pay too much attention to where I've been because it seems irrelevant. And I pay attention to the way I feel and when I don't feel good I try to feel better by thinking thoughts that feel better. And I've just trained myself to follow the good feeling."
Start telling a better-feeling story about the things that are important to you. Do not write your story like a factual documentary, weighing all the pros and cons of your experience, but instead tell the uplifting, fanciful, magical story of the wonder of your own life and watch what happens. It will feel like magic as your life begins to transform right before yours eyes, but it is not by magic. It is by the power of the Laws of the Universe and your deliberate alignment with those laws.
This world is not set up for failure and demise and decline. It's set up for improvement and expansion and better and better, and better. And so, it must get better and better and better. And it is. We would just like all of you to let yourselves in on more of it.
You want appreciation. Even though you like what's happening now doesn't mean that you still don't want appreciation or greater stimulation. It just means you're not using something in your now as your excuse to not let in all those things that you've been wanting. The perfect creative stance is satisfaction where I am, and eagerness for more.
You are meant to live an expansive, exhilarating, good-feeling experience. It was your plan when you made the decision to become focused in your physical body in this time-space reality. You were born knowing that you are a powerful Being; that you are good; that you are the creator of your experience, and that the Law of Attraction (the essence of that which is like unto itself, is drawn) is the basis of the Universe, and you knew it would serve you well. And so it has.
Worthiness, in very simple terms, means I have found a way to let the Energy reach me, the Energy that is natural, reach me. Worthiness, or unworthiness, is something that is pronounced upon you by you. You are the only one that can deem yourself worthy or unworthy. You are the only one who can love yourself into a state of allowing, or hate yourself in a state of disallowing. There is not something wrong with you, nor is there something wrong with one who is not loving you. You are all just, in the moment, practicing the art of not allowing, or the art of resisting.
When you acknowledge what you do not want, and then ask yourself, “What is it that I do want?” you begin a gradual shift into the telling of your new story and into a much-improved point of attraction.
You get the essence of what you think about—whether you want it or not—because Law of Attraction is unerringly consistent—therefore, you are never only telling the story of “how it is now.” You are also telling the future experience that you are creating right now.
There is no condition that you cannot modify into something more, any more than there is any painting that you can paint and not like and just paint over it again. There are many limiting thoughts in the human environment that make it feel like it is not so, as you have these incurable illnesses, or these unchangeable conditions. But we say, they are only unchangeable because you believe that they are.
If you've got somebody's aspects in your experience that you don't like, there's only one reason they're there. You keep evoking them with your attention to them. Without knowing about Law of Attraction, you have -- through your old habit of observation -- achieved vibrational harmony with the parts of them that you do not like, and you keep summoning those parts from them by your constant vibrational offering of them.
A belief is nothing more than a chronic pattern of thought, and you have the ability—if you try even a little bit—to begin a new pattern, to tell a new story, to achieve a different vibration, to change your point of attraction. The Law of Attraction is responding to your vibration, and you can easily change your vibrational point of attraction by visualizing the lifestyle you desire and holding your attention upon those images until you begin to feel relief, which will indicate that a true vibrational shift has occurred.
When you focus upon lack in an attitude of complaining, you establish a vibrational point of attraction that then gives you access only to more thoughts of complaint. Your deliberate effort to tell a new story will establish a new pattern of thought, providing you with a new point of attraction from your present, about your past, and into your future. The simple effort of looking for positive aspects will set a new vibrational tone and the Law of Attraction will begin the immediate attraction of thoughts, people, circumstances, and things that are pleasing to you.
There are no choices that are really a detour that will take you far from where you're wanting to be -- because your Inner Being is always guiding you to the next, and the next, and the next. So don't be concerned that you may make a fatal choice, because there aren't any of those. You are always finding your balance. It's a never ending process.
We are all Vibrational Beings. You're like a receiving mechanism that when you set your tuner to the station, you're going to hear what's playing. Whatever you are focused upon is the way you set your tuner, and when you focus there for as little as 17 seconds, you activate that vibration within you. Once you activate a vibration within you, Law of Attraction begins responding to that vibration, and you're off and running--whether it's something wanted or unwanted.
Whatever you're thinking about is literally like planning a future event. When you're worrying, you are planning. When you are appreciating, you are planning. What are you planning?
Think of this random Universe where everything is possible. The organizational skills belong to Law of Attraction. If you will relax and allow Law of Attraction to do the organization, the managing, then you can spend your time doing the things that please you.
Within the seed of your desire is everything necessary for it to blossom to fulfillment. And Law of Attraction is the engine that does the work. Your work is just to give it a fertile growing place in order to expand.
When you begin to understand Law of Attraction, and you understand that which is like unto itself is drawn, then it is easier and easier to understand that you are offering a signal, and the entire Universe responds. And when you finally get that, and you begin to exercise some deliberate control about the signal that you offer, then it really begins to be fun, because then you recognize that nothing happens outside of your creative control. There are no things that happen by chance or by circumstance. There is nothing that is happening because of something you vibrated a long time ago or in a past life. It is not about what you were born into. It is only about what you are, right now, in this red hot fresh moment emitting.
What we would do for yourself -- for your next physical experience (and you can do this). . . We would begin, right now, by infusing this physical time/space reality with as much understanding of the Law of Attraction as you can, so that you add to this vortex of knowing. That makes it more likely that -- as you and others participate within it -- you will have easy access to this understanding that all is well.
Hard work is not the path to Well- Being. Feeling good is the path to Well-Being. You don't create through action; you create through vibration. And then, your vibration calls action from you.
There is no high work and low work. There are just opportunities to focus. You can feel as fulfilled and satisfied in any task as in any other. You are on the leading edge of thought, and Source is flowing through you- no matter what your endeavour is. You can be joyful in any endeavour that you decide to allow the Energy to flow.
Half the population could be out there, renegades, toting guns--they are already--but toting and shooting guns and misbehaving; they could be buying and selling drugs; they could be holding up liquor stores; they could be mistreating their families; they could be spitting on sidewalks; they could be putting graffiti on things.
That could be the nature of 50% of the population and you could line up your energy and never rendezvous with them and if somebody says, "What do you think about all those gun-toting spitters?" you would say, "I beg your pardon? I can't say I've ever encountered any of them." (and they say) "You haven't encountered them? The place is crawling with them. What do you mean you haven't encountered them?" And we say--there is a manager called Law of Attraction that just does not line you up with that, once you find yourself a vibrational match to your own desires.
So how do I be a leading edge creator here in my physical human body--out here where I see the contrast--some things wanted and some things not wanted--and give birth to a desire and hold myself in harmony with the desire that I've given birth to? And we say that's what your work is--to practice finding vibrational harmony with that. And some think that the only way they can get good at it is by limiting their exposure to life.
And we say if we were standing in your physical shoes, we would get out there with all the renegades. We'd get out there where they're doing all kinds of stuff and we would work on developing an attitude that goes something like this: "Well, lookie there! Well, lookie there! Well, lookie there!" Whether it is someone spitting on the sidewalk or robbing the liquor store or dropping a bomb on a neighbor country. We would say, "Well lookie there!" The attitude being--"Well, look what these are choosing to do that has NOTHING to do with me!"
And as you finally get it that it really has nothing to do with you--aahh--then your cork floats and you can move about and then you can start enjoying their individuality.
We're going to tell you something, just for fun, but it's really important that you hear it. As we have known you through all of eternity, and as we know you now, we'd like to say to you that the majority of those that for many reasons you disapprove of or do not find compatibility--that from your broader perspective, if you would allow it and as you would get to know them, you would find them to be the most satisfying, intoxicating, intriguing, provoking, life-giving relationships. As you just leave behind just a little bit that feeling that in their different choice of behavior they are jeopardizing the good of the whole and instead say in their different behavior they are adding to the whole in their unique way. And while it may be a way I might not choose, and while I would not put that on my plate, I applaud them and I bless them in the choosing.
