Menu for week of 9/13 - 9/19

It's a soup kind of day and we have several made up so choice of chicken gumbo made with our easy oven baked roux, lentil or tomato bisque served with hot fresh bread or rolls

Easy pepper steak stir fry served over rice

Slow cooker stuffed cabbage, bread or rolls

Pork and apple cheddar melt served on delicious homemade toasted honey oatmeal bread

Amazing chicken parmesan, fettuccini alfredo, broccoli

 Breakfast for dinner-  breakfast burritos made with hash browns, veggies of choice, ham or bacon for those that want it, eggs, cheese and salsa  (my fave is eggs, pepperjack, peppers, onions, mushrooms and salsa)

Country style pork ribs in the slow cooker, mashed potatoes, sweet corn -  yes, every bit of this meal is messy and fattening and we love it!
