Menu for week if 8/2 - 8/8

Fajitas- beef, using flat iron steak, sauteed mushrooms, tri colored peppers and onions, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, shredded lettuce and salsa served on wheat tortillas

Stuffed peppers (yellow, orange and red- organic were on sale) with mashed potatoes

Breakfast for dinner- fried egg and cheese sandwiches or Ian's fave dippy (poached) eggs and toast, fruit

Pork roast in the slow cooker with new potatoes, baby carrots and pearl onions, creamy cucumbers

Angel hair pasta with sauteed grape tomatoes and garlic in olive oil, baby spinach salads with dried cranberries, walnuts and some type of vinaigrette

Stir fry veggies over brown rice, tossed salad

Cheese and onion enchiladas, cucumber, tomato and onion vinegar salad
