3 or 4 oz thinly sliced steak cooked to your liking with your favorite seasonings. Any seasoning salt or salt free blend, Montreal steak seasoning, etc works well.
Layer then drizzle with your favorite bleu cheese or vinaigrette with bleu cheese dressing.
