Pink lemonade pie

Super easy and super refreshing, this dessert is a real winner in the summer.

1 graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk, chilled - stick in freezer for one hour
1 6 oz can frozen pink lemonade, slightly defrosted
Drop or two of red food coloring
1 8 oz container Cool Whip, defrosted

Mix together condensed milk and lemonade.

Beat in food coloring and Cool Whip.

Place in crust and freeze until solid.

Serve with fresh berries or mint if desired.
