Oxy Clinical Blog Tour Review & Giveaway
My mom (the DDDiva herself) was given OXY Clinical acne treatment (http://oxyskincare.com/oxy-clinical)
to give me to try for a week and review. I've actually been using it a little more than a week, and plan to continue doing so.
My acne's probably about average for a seventeen-year-old... which pretty much means that yeah, it's pretty bad. I have yet to find a treatment that gets rid of my acne completely, but so far OXY Clinical is doing a really good job. The majority of the acne that usually plagues my face is gone, and what's left is barely visible (doesn't look red/irritated at all; most of it's my own skin color). I use the three-step system twice a day; it's not complicated like some treatments (have you ever seen those weird suction-blackhead-removers? Scary!) and it only takes a few minutes. Additionally, I have very sensitive skin, and OXY doesn't bother it at all.
I only have two real complaints, and neither one is a big enough deal to stop using it. One, I'm not in love with the smell. I don't dislike it, necessarily, but it doesn't smell particularly nice either. The second is that after I wash my face, I like it to feel refreshed. That wasn't the case here; in fact, for a few minutes after I use the OXY Clinical Hydrating Therapy (the third step), it feels kind of icky. That goes away pretty soon, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth, so it's not too bad.
All in all, I definitely recommend OXY Clinical acne treatment. Despite its few shortcomings, it's definitely worth it--and it's no more expensive than your average acne treatment, and is in fact a lot cheaper than a lot of the ones you can find that don't work half as well.
Win It. I have the same set Dev's been using to give to one lucky reader, which includes the advanced face wash, the clearing treatment and the hydrating therapy.
