We're doing an easy week here- tons going on and this is what sounds good to us.

Pasta salad

Veggie stir fry, brown rice

Salad w/grilled chicken & choice of dressings

Chicken & sausage gumbo made with our super simple oven baked roux recipe.

Eat whatever doesn't eat you first aka eat what you want

Breakfast for dinner- probably baked french toast
