We do a lot of baking and fudge making and whatnot so simple dinners probably right on through the holidays.
Here's what our week looks like at the moment.
Corned beef, potatoes and carrots, bread or rolls
Turkey tacos with all the fixings
Homemade vegetable soup
Breakfast for dinner- poached eggs and bagels
Stir fry veggies and rice
Homemade pizza- probably on english muffins but we'll see
Hot dogs, mac & cheese, applesauce (Ian's pick)

I also use turkey to make my tacos with. Do you use ground turkey? I have been using ground turkey for about 10 years and the children never knew it until about a year ago.
