Aloha Friday- what's your favorite holiday memory?

From An Island Life: In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link over at An Island Life. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

My question-  What is your favorite holiday memory?

Mine is the year Gamer Girlie got me my little Shih-tzu Groucho.  He's a gamer too. ;-)  Sorry the pic isn't very clear, he moved as soon as he saw we got the pic to capture the adorableness.

Another favorite memory, this one humorous,  that happened when I was little is the ex-lax incident, which I blogged about here.

My favorite holiday memory is sitting at my Aunt's house as a kid with a huge pile of gifts to open.

My favorite memory is when my oldest daughter got her first job & bought her Mommy Christmas presents for the very first time. She couldn't wait for me to open them. She bought me my favorite album at the time "You got to have J-O-B if you want to be with me", and then she bought me diet pills, and chocolate covered cherries (she meant well the candy was a family tradition my dad use to get those for my mom every year).

My favorite memories were going to my Grandma's house when I was little. I always miss her so much this time of year.

It's not a favorite but it is the most memorable. We just moved and didn't have a tree. My hubs made a tree out of Tinker Toys.
