Pork & Apple Cheddar Melt

For each serving toast 1 slice of  Honey Oatmeal Bread.

Spread with Sweet-Hot mustard (Dev doesn't like mustard so she just wanted hers plain)

Cover with thinly sliced cooked pork loin (we got a lemon-pepper marinated one on markdown at Kroger and it really complimented the sandwich, but I think most any seasoning would do- try one of our delicious myo marinades)

Layer with thinly sliced Fuji apple

Top with thin slices or shredded sharp cheddar

Broil until cheese is melted- for me that is 4 minutes on low on second to top row

I can't even tell you how the flavors mingled and complimented each other- this is definitely a keeper for all of us.
