Jack-O-Lantern (for each)
2 Tomato-basil tortillas
Shredded cheddar or colby-jack cheese
Lay one tortilla on baking sheet
Top with thin layer of cheese to about 1/4 inch from edge all the way around
Top with remaining tortilla that you cut a Jack-0-Lantern face out of.
Bake 375 degrees 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted
Candy Corn (for each)
2 small flour tortillas
shredded cheddar, mozzarella and colby-jack or yellowish cheese
Lay flour tortilla on baking sheetAdd a thin layer of your favorite cheese to about 1/4 inch from edge all the way around
Top with remaining tortilla
Top with 3 stripes of cheese- white, orange then yellow
Bake 375 degrees 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted
Use pizza cutter or kitchen shears to cut into triangle making sure white is at the tip OR cut triangles before layering and baking - both seemed to work equally well
