Spracht Aura Mobile BT Giveaway $149. list price

ETA COMMENTS CLOSED, WINNER ANNOUNCED SOON
Hey guys, I have another giveaway for you- I received it as part of a larger prize package and since I am still not there yet with the technology I have no use for it. It has a list price of $149. but you can find it a little cheaper at Best Buy or Amazon.

What it is is a Spracht Aura Mobile BT (Bluetooth Conferencing).

You can turn your mobile phone, cordless phone, pc or mac into a portable, high quality digital conferencing phone.

I wanted to do it justice but I really can't so I hunted down a super-thorough review for you on pocketnow.com. The gist of the review is that this is one of those things where you could find something with similar functions cheaper, but this is most definitely one of those cases where you get what you pay for.

It is new in box and I will send it to the US or Canada since I am paying for the shipping myself.
Once again- I am the only one sponsoring the giveaway, there are no other sponsors or whatnot.

You can enter daily- first entry tell me what you love or hate about technology today, subsequent days you can make it as simple as today's entry.

If you really really want this, you can do the extra things and let me know what they are- follow on twitter, tweet (can be done daily), follow my blog, go on over to Pink Lemonade and comment on my keeping cool in the kitchen summer dinner ideas or no-bake summer pies posts then come back and let me know, sub to my rss feed, spread the word however you choose and leave me the link.

Ends July 31 at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time
Winner will be chosen using Randomizer.

Good luck, y'all.
Don't forget to check out the other giveaways going on here.

What I hate is that the instructions are always so hard to figure out. I always hand everything to my daughter and then she tells me how to use it!

I hate that everything has complicated directions and different batteries.

Erica C. said...

the best thing about new technology is getting new and better ways to connect to other people, but the bad thing is that it changes so often, it's hard to stay "in the now"

Egare1 said...

I love that today's technology is getting more compact and portable, but I hate that it's also getting more complicated. Once things move out of the realms of being user maintained, they're far less reliable and far more intimidating to most folk.

I love that technology today makes it so easy to stay in touch. Some close friends recently moved out of the country. In years past, that would have meant writing letters to keep in touch. Now we can talk and see each other for free anytime with Skype. We can instantly catch up on Facebook and IM. Very cool. Thank you for the terrific give-away.

barbarabaker said...

It just makes things easier, yet harder.

Easier because you can do so much from the touch of your fingers.

Harder because it's forever changing and with that comes hackers, spammers, and expensive "anti-virus programs"...

Thanks for the remarkable giveaway!!!

Thursday's entry

mikearmbruster said...

It's just too easy to say something like "Technology makes my life easier". One should say that they want to be able to check their email from every room, and then be able to have a video conference with a friend who is in the next room, but doesn't want to go into that room. Long winded, but uber geeky.

Jammie said...

I love how i can interact with the world via the net but I hate how it is becoming a big part of our kids lives. What happened to ridding your bike for fun now its playing video games. Then they wonder why obesity is up.

I like that some technology was designed so it works without a lot of training, or without any training. I hate technology that is too hard to use without reading or handholding.

I love tech but I hate it when they upgrade essentail software without debugging it first. Plus I ate it when they cut off support for older tech. It'd be a lot more eco friendly to make it where people with older computer weren't forced to upgrade just to keep doing what they want to do online.
