Menu for week of 6/22 - 6/28


Although we usually do pretty well with fresh, in season produce you'll notice that winter squash was what was on sale in our area this week so a couple of meals with those are on the menu.

Breakfast for dinner- bacon or ham, egg, cheese and tomato on English Muffins, cantaloupe

Pork schnitzel, roasted potatoes, baby carrots, tossed salad

Pasta with broccoli and a little bit of Parmesan cheese, marinated cucumber and tomatoes

Stuffed acorn squash, tossed salad w/choice of dressing

Homemade pizza, 1 cheese, 1 white with spinach, lettuce and tomato salad

Cheddar and mashed potato frosted meatloaf, green beans, tossed salad

Roasted butternut squash soup, mozzarella, tomato and basil paninis
