Finnish Oven Pancake
Finnish Oven Pancake preheat oven to 400
4 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
4 Tbsp melted butter
Add milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and flour, mix well
Add melted butter and mix until blended, this will be a thin batter.
Pour into greased 9X13 pan, bake 40 mins until custard is set and the top is lightly browned.
Serve hot with syrup, powdered sugar or our favorite way with lightly macerated berries and whipped cream.

@Kay- thanks for letting me know. Even deleting and typing out the whole recipe again doesn't help so not sure what happened but it is supposed to say
